If you’re running a hospital wing or a multi‑location practice, this tool will feel limited. I’d also recommend it for nurses who manage triage scheduling, because the quick‑add patient feature is genuinely fast — just name, phone, and complaint. After a few months, I’ve learned to keep a paper backup for emergency contacts, but overall the app has cut my after‑hours admin work from two hours to roughly 45 minutes.
